The coffee was available 24/7, which was a nice touch during our urgent situation. The hotel offered a convenience store for quick snacks, which helped us in a pinch. The location near the university hospital allowed easy access during our difficult time.

The best thing about this stay? The staff on the bottom floor were super friendly. and the hot water didn't fail us. which was nice after a long day.
